Terms and Conditions for Renting AV Equipment from AVE Rentals 

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the rental of Audio-Visual (AV) equipment and services from AVE Rentals By placing an order for AV equipment rental, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Definitions

• "Company": AVE Rentals .
• "Renter": The Firms or organizations renting AV equipment from the Company.
• "Equipment": The AV equipment provided by the Company for rental.

3. Ordering Services

3.1 Placing an Order

• Orders can be placed via the Company’s website or email.
• The Renter must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
• All orders are subject to availability and the Company’s acceptance.

3.2 Order Confirmation

• The Company will confirm the order via email or phone, detailing the rental equipment, rental period, and associated costs.
• A deposit may be required to secure the order.

4. Rental Period

• The rental period begins on the date the Equipment is delivered to the Renter and ends on the agreed return date.
• Extensions to the rental period must be requested and approved in advance by the Company.

5. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required before the delivery of the Equipment, unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as specified by the Company.
• Late payments may incur additional fees.

6. Delivery and Setup

• The Company will deliver and set up the Equipment at the agreed location and time "" Paid service ""
• The Renter must ensure that the delivery site is accessible and ready for setup.

7. Use of Equipment

• The Renter is responsible for the proper for the care of the Equipment while crew is not onsite.
• The Equipment must not be used for any unlawful purposes.
• The Renter must not make any alterations or changes location after crew setup and offsite to the Equipment without the Company’s consent.

8. Data Security

• The Renter must ensure that no sensitive data is stored on the Equipment.
• The Company will wipe all data from the Equipment after the rental period. "" The company is not responsible for any data lose once the event is finished and the equipment left the venue. ""

9. Return of Equipment

• The company take full responsibility on returning the equipment.
• Late returns may incur additional rental fees.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

10.1 Cancellation by Renter

• Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the rental period will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made 7 days or less before the rental period will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

10.2 Cancellation by Company

• The Company reserves the right to cancel the rental agreement at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
• In such cases, the Renter will receive a full refund.

11. Liability and Insurance

• The Renter is responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the Equipment during the rental period in the case where the company crew is not onsite.
• The Renter may be required to provide proof of insurance covering the rented Equipment.
• The Company’s liability is limited to the rental fee paid by the Renter.

12. Security Policy

• The Renter agrees to comply with the Security Policy for Renting AV Equipment, as outlined in the separate document provided by the Company.

13. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where AVE Rentals is located.
